Hi, I’m Lauryn Clark,

I work within the recruitment team within HR and my title is Talent Acquisition Apprentice

I’ve been here for just over a year and am about to finish my apprenticeship.

I work in talent acquisition, hiring for both high volume and low volume positions. The main departments I recruit for are customer services and field retentions.

There are so many different positions here at Verisure across a vast array of departments. Most teams have their own recruitment department whereas we’re recruiting for a bit of everything.

It is very different in that way.

It has to be the people.

From day one, everyone has been so kind and welcoming. Walking into a new company can be so overwhelming but having the right people around you such as the HR team around me makes everyday a breeze.
